Nali is a lifelong citizen of the world. She lived & worked in over 9 countries in the past 20 years; USA, Germany, Jordan, Thailand, Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Hong Kong in different capacities in aviation and luxury hospitality brands. Her experiences range from Customer Service, Pre-Opening, Service Excellence and Human Resources and Learning & Development. Nali understands first hand the international job markets and is an expert when it comes to collaborating and working with people from different cultures and life experiences. Through years of hiring, grooming, coaching, mentoring and being a trusted advisor to individuals and leadership teams around the world, she has come to understand intrinsically the challenges people face when it comes to global career mobility and talent development.
Nali is currently living in Lisbon, Portugal and looking for a European region for Aspire as Human Resource Business Partner. In her presence , she aims to coach and support talents on a global scale to be able to find the right job opportunities and to support organizations to find the best fitted candidates and expand their talent pools on a global scale. With her knowledge of international job markets, her well regarded relationship with company brands and its executives as well as extensive networks of talented professionals around the world, she will work closely with Aspire Global Human Resources to help driven professionals get found and navigate the hiring process as well as to help the companies build up their talented and diversified workforce.
